Is this a **** again! Leaving all of our ladies Naked

I have ordered from their www 7 days ago. I have received a confirmation of my order but no tracking no and no further communication. All the avenues to contact them on their www are not reachable. The message point does not allow you to state your problem/request as it kept on saying your tel no format is incorrect and would therefore not allow you to submit the message. As soon as you delete the message the format is fine and the notice goes through. Contacting them by telephone you reach a mail box that is full and you can't leave a message. Their page on FB have some positive comments but these are all well outdated,
