I ordered a few of their bras, only to discover that they do not offer the support as advertised for bigger ****s

I ordered a few of their bras, only to discover that they do not offer the support as advertised for bigger ****s. I then asked if I could have a refund - this was declined as it isn’t their policy- they don’t allow for refunds (which I would understand if these were bottoms). I then was asked to try their other products, but these are not offered in my size. I now have lost my spend of close to R5k with nothing to show for it. Surely this policy is not legal ?
