Doesn't sculpt, or shape. Mono ****. A **** business

I purchased two bras from Sculpt. When they arrived I tried them on and not only did they not fit, they were uncomfortable. Their name is Sculpt and shape is in their product names - the bras do neither of these two things. I sent them back, got replacements (different styles), same issue. They won't return my money. There is no physical shop so I have no choice but to purchase then assess the product afterwards, when I decide it doesn't suit me, I can't get a refund. It makes no sense and I can only assume then that this is a full blown **** and *****ulent operation. They had a legal email at the ready so I imagine they must have many complaints.
