BAD SERVICE

Bad Service Order #59176 - 19/07/2024 If it was at all possible to not rate any Stars then that is what I would choose. I placed a 2nd order with Sculptsa - this time I ordered for R2 519.95. If you ordered for R 2500.00 and more you would receive a Mystery Gift. Well my order arrived with no Mystery Gift, when I sent a email - I was told they were out of stock ( I do not know how they new what my chose was for the mystery gift as I was never asked). I then waited a week and received NO response, I then received and email stating that they are aware that they must sent my Gift - but could I please place another order to save them money on Courier Fees. Well needless to say - after numerous promises (on email) nothing was received. I will surely now go to every Social Media page were they advertise and I will warn the public.
