Despite following the sizing instructions to a t the first bra I received was way too small. I asked for a refund 9 minutes after receiving my parcel but was then informed that no refunds are given despite the error being on Sculpt's side regarding sizing advice as my bra was now considered worn. Forced into accepting a different product, the first product (push up bra V2.0) was made of flimsy material and had zero support and was very disappointing for the VERY steep price. After FINALLY receiving my second option (the sports bra) I can say with cer*****y that if you need even some support this is NOT THE PRODUCT for you. Marginally better made than the first product it is an outrageous price to pay for a bra that does zilch. Despite only going up one size after the previous size disaster this one is now way too big and utterly pointless. After very mediocre and unpleasant customer service I do not have the energy to fight with Sculpt SA to try and arrange another product exchange.
