Appalling Customer Service. Rude rude rude!!!

The customer service is very poor. I returned an item and they were very helpful and kept trying to convince me to take a voucher as opposed to a refund. When i finally told them that i am certain on a refund, they became so rude. The lady's name who i was dealing with is Sasha. I called her this morning and when she answered the phone, i told her who i was and what I'm calling about and she gave me a very obnoxious, dismissive and disrespectful response. When i asked her why she is speaking to me this way, she responded, "i already heard you speak to switchboard, so i know what you want", and kept quiet. I was stunned and completely appalled. Needles to say, this company is not at all recommended.
