Disgusting customer relations

Absolutely appalled with the service I’ve been receiving from this company. I receive SMS’s threading to blacklist me for a account that I’m paying monthly. Today they have the odasity to call my office phone and when I asked why was I not called on my cellphone the lady says she has tried but my phone is off which is absolute bull!!!

I am going to escalate this to the ombudsman as this is harassment at its best! It is absolutely disgusting that you continue calling me after 3/4 months of honored arrangement on the same day every month!!! I will not be dictated to about my affordability I will pay what I afford not what you think I afford!!!

It is violation of debtors/ creditors act to harras me with such messages unfortunately for you I work with credit reports every day of my life! I will not take this lying down not at all!!! And I think I should just stop paying cause clearly I can never do anything to get you off my case!!!! This company is absolute *** to say the least
