Incompetant Hairdresser

I went to one of the 4 biggest hair salons in Rustenburg to colour, cut and blow wafe, I exactly told the hairdresser what I want before she startes to cut my hair even give her a picture of the style. I walked out there R1100 later with my hair a total disaster it looked like some who never did a hair cut in their live. I was in tears for days, I had to go to another hairdresser to try and salvage my hair, my once long hair is gone and I sit with a 1980"s Bob.
