Unacceptable service

You have referred one of your members to me. Scruff Busters in Boksburg.

I would like to put in a complaint about their services.

They have been assisting us with the grooming of our Llamas.

Just before the winter. We had a situation where they came with an Uber to do the Llamas. Due to them not having enough money to go back to their shop. They started harassing my manager to pay their monies so that they can get back home. After 3 hours of harassment, my manager paid them and they were not happy due to the payment not being a direct payment.

Now 3 weeks ago we booked them again to come and groom the Llamas for the upcoming summer. They insisted on a deposit before they come through to groom the animals. Due to us only paying on Tuesday they said they would come through on Saturday. Last week Saturday they had to come through, but due to the weather, it was postponed (which we do understand). I asked them to see what the weather looks like and if it is warm they must please come through. If the weather is not, they should come through on Tuesday and so forth. When I eventually contacted them on Thursday to ask when they would come through I got an answer that the weather was not up to standard and that they would come through on Saturday. I stipulated that Wednesday and Thursday the weather was up to standard and received an unacceptable message. They sent me a message saying they will come through on Wednesday and that the balance should be paid before they arrive.

I confirmed on Friday that they would come through and I received a message they will arrive at 11 am. Saturday morning a received a message saying that we have to pay the balance before they come through. My manager said that he would do the balance once they are at his premises and did the grooming. I received a message at 11:42 from Crystal's husband stating they are running late and will be at the house at the latest @ 2 pm. At 2:40 my manager contact me and said that they STILL have not been there and that they must pay back the deposit. I sent a message to them and she did not answer, when I asked again she said she will relay it to her husband. I phoned on Sunday and the phone was just put down in my ear, then switched off the phone.

They make appointments but do not adhere to their own rules. They insist on deposits and do not adhere again to the appointments they make. Now to my records, they are also *****ing from their customers.

I now would like everyone to know the situation we are going through and stop Scruff Busters to do this to more customers.
