Customer Service does not exist

They arrive at a person's house via Uber, then harass their customers by paying a direct payment for them to get back home. You make an appointment and once to confirm the appointment they insist you make a deposit before they arrive at your home. They say they will come the following day if the payment is received before a certain time. Once payment is made they change it to the weekend. Due to cold weather, it was postponed, which is understandable. They said they would look at the weather and if it is great weather they will come through on Monday or the following day and so forth. Which did not happen and when confirmed they said the weather did not allow it, which is untrue. They insisted on the following Saturday at 11 am. They came to me on Saturday morning at 11:45 that they are running late and will be at the home by 2pm. At 2:40 pm they still have not arrived. This is now 3 weeks after the appointment has been made. We then insisted on our deposit be refunded due to them not arriving to honor their appointment. They do not answer my messages, do not answer my phone calls, and put their phones off. They still have our deposit but do not come back to you to say when they will pay the deposit back. This is to inform everyone that they do not honor their appointments and take money without returning it when they do not arrive 3 weeks after an appointment has been made.
