Medication Not Delivered

I have never ever came across such bad service from scriptwise and bankmed. I am a chronic renal failure patient and for the past two weeks i have been batling to get hold of scriptwise to enquire when will my medication be delivered. When i phone them, their line does not go through, they are not responding to my emails. I have hypertension, do they understand what will happen if i don't take my blood pressure tablets. Well clearly they don't care about peoples lives
