Expired Medication

I highly disappointed in the service I recieved from scriptwise and bankmed medical aid . Scriptwise pharmacy is recommended or partnered with bankmed (discovery) which is my medical aid. I don't understand how can they send me medication in November 2017 that's going to be used in May 2018 without checking the expirey date. What if had used the medication without checking the expirey date then is a different case. Our health should be important to these people but it seems it's not. December immediately after noticing that I called my medical aid to inform them which I was told that scriptwise pharmacy always does that mistake and that they will come and collect and bring me a new bottle. I waited a month nothing was done. Beginning of February I called scriptwise pharmacy to tell them about the mistake they made but the pharmacist didn't even seem to care he just told me that he will see what he can do but if it's not sent in May I should just go to any pharmacy to buy the medication it's cheap. Which clearly says they not going to come fetch this bottle that I won't be using ill be buying one BUT I was charged a fee for this expired bottle that I won't be using. Till today which is a month later I haven't heard anything from scriptwise regarding their medication.
