Bad experience from the team at Scriptwise

I have called scriptwise on the 26th September 2019 they promised a delivery of my medication on the 27th, to my surprise when I followed up was told I will not receive today, cause my script was received yesterday I sent my script on the 21st I expected someone to have looked at their email to find it they only foud it when I called.
