Recruitement Manager doesnt know how to communicate with job seekers

I called in to ask for assistance in loading my cv and I was greeted by such a rude individual. She identified herself as Futhi and when I asked to speak to a manager she said that she was the recruitment manager.

She didn't stop short of calling me ******** and stupid. I don't think I would ever use their services.
