Bad service from Screens-People.com

We ordered a tablet screen replacement form Screens- People.com. We needed it urgently to be couriered from Hong Kong to Durban. I clearly stated this in all communication. They promised me that it would be delivered within the week. We paid extra for express delivery. I placed the order on the Tuesday, and by the Friday the screen have not even left their building. They promised me a tracking number for the courier on Saturday. I received the tracking order on Saturday. When I tracked the number on the courier site, it showed that the parcel has not been received. The parcel was only received by the courier, on the following Tuesday. I also had to pay a penalty fee of R2753.43 to customs because the supplier gave the wrong HR code for the product. This was more than the cost of the product itself. We only received the parcel two weeks later than was anticipated.
