Support of Kelvinator products
<p>I have a Kelvinator oven installed four years ago. Unfortunately, not everything lasts for ever and consequently, the oven selector switch failed. You would think it is something simple to replace. Anything but. I've tried in vain to get this simple replacement part sourced. The Kelvinator Spares distribution company called Screenvision is unable to source the part if I provide them with the model number of my oven. I therefore removed the damaged selector switch and sent this as an example to this company so they can source the correct part. Again, no luck. They are unable to help. When I ask them to contact Kelvinator to resolve this issue, they just do not respond to my emails or provide me with any further feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please at least try to assist me so we can get this resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>This process has been taking since laste year and I'm without an oven for all this time. Further, Screenvision does not have adequate manuals, expoded parts drawings to assisttheir customers to find the correct replacement parts for their Kelvinator equipment. I expected more for a company such as Screenvision.</p>
