Good communication but floor quality not as hoped

Great communication and professional service from the team. The floor is amazing but unfortunately has a lot of scratches already. Some is from when the movers brought our furniture in but in general I had hoped it would be more hard wearing and did ask around these questions. There are a lot of scratches that are permanent.
