Customer service fail

Although the end product looks great, the service we received from Screed Flooring SA was so bad, that it doesn't make up for it. Be prepared to wait hours each day for someone to arrive, if they even make the effort to arrive. Days were waisted on bad planning from their side. We had to deal with numerous different people all telling us a different story, different process, different work schedule...it was frustrating to say the least. We were also left with very dirty walls after completion of the floors.
