Bad job

Initially was very happy with the communication before the job started, but the completion of the job was not up to standard and after highlighting my disapproval I had to struggle to get hold of my contact for days. I was then promised a site inspection which never took place and still have chip marks on my floor. The workers left all their empty containers and even some equipment at my house and it has been more than a week with no reply on when they will clean up the mess and remove their equipment. Not happy at all!
