Report failed to mention scratch marks
While I was generally satisfied with the service and the checklist report, I noticed that the report failed to mention two noticeable scratch marks on the vehicle - one above the rear wheel and a more serious one on the front bumper. Although the seller was honest enough to reveal the scratches when I inquired about the one above the rear wheel I saw on a picture, this made me question the reliability of the entire report, especially since the Screaner spent only around 30 minutes on the inspection. Moreover, the picture quality was poor, and some images were out of focus. Therefore, I would suggest that Screaners call clients and discuss the inspection in detail to provide better peace of mind, as the checklist alone may not suffice. Additionally, to enhance your online presence, you may want to consider making your website more discoverable through search engines, as it is currently challenging to find when searching for 'Screan.' Furthermore, providing Screaners with high-quality Car Bluetooth Diagnostic Tools, such as Carly OBD, and a battery diagnostic tool that can determine battery health would also be beneficial.

In his report, the Screaner mentions that there are paintwork errors but they are easily rectified. Regarding the images, we apologies that they were not up to your standards but disagree that they are of poor quality and we could not find any that are out of focus. The fact that you were able to pick up on scratches on a grey day on a silver car is testament to that.
