Disappointing Rocks and Crystals

We are avid gem and rock collectors and have bought from quite a few places in south Africa, both online and in store.

So recently as we love to support local businesses, we ordered some gems and rocks from scratchpatch.co.za, but nothing we received was as described on website.

I ordered 10 LARGE "break your own geodes" Looks like small ones as almost all are less that 5 cm.

I ordered one Aura Quartz Geode - Pink & Blue, which you cleary state is 10cm x 10cm x 5cm. the one received barely measures 5 cm x 4 cm x 2 cm. And the color comes of from the stone !! Pathetic.

I also ordered 4 Himalayan Quartz Mini Clusters which is stated on the site as between 4cm to 6 cm. 3 of them was below 2 cm and one scratched 4 cm.

We are very disappointed will surely not buy from this supplier again as their info is misleading and false. I will also not recommend them as a business to anyone as they do not deliver what is on their website. Maybe that is also why they also do not have a place on their website to rate their service.
