Please note , that this business is no longer under ownership by Alan who sold the business. It is now under ownership by Holger Reece. I initially had a lot of faith in this company as I've always taken vehicles to Alan who was always prompt an professional in his work. I took my car in for an assessment and was given a quote. I was then told to bring my car in. The owner then said to bring it in on another day as he wanted to give it his full attention which I fully understood. I was then also told that the car would be ready in 3 to 4 days and it took almost 2 weeks to return the car. When ensuring about my vehicle I was given excuses about short staffing etc. Which although frustrating I understood. Upon being asked to collect my vehicle, the vehicle was not even washed or polished and there was still overspray from other cars which the owner denied. When inspecting the car under further light I saw that the paint did not even match correctly. Immediately after collecting, I took my car to both AP autobody and greenstone autobody and they confirmed the poor workmanship on the car and were immediately able to spot the waves , and bad paintwork. This was the most irksome thing about the whole process , for the time taken to return my vehicle and which it was standing in the shop. The quality of work was sub standard. I had even contacted Alan the previous owner and he also confirmed the complete paint mismatch. In terms of the service, communication and workmanship , do not trust this company with your vehicles. If you want the job done properly take it across the road to greenstone autobody across the road or AP autobody who may charge more but will get the job done correctly and on time and are much larger shops with larger facilities. Even my friends and people I know who saw the car could see the poor workmanship and were shocked that this is how the car was returned. I contacted the owner and asked for a refund but was completely ignored and he refused to acknowledge any wrong doing on his part even after I showed him a picture of the work done. He said that I should bring the car back so he can have a look, however there is no point in taking my car back as I have lost complete faith in this company to produce a quality job and would not trust them with keeping my vehicle on their premises. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never return . If you value your vehicles , time and sanity , do not ever visit this shop. Pay that extra bit at a reputable shop and get it done right.
