Missing goods in box

I bought an original SCRABBLE board game and the content description on the box says it includes the playing board, 100 letter tiles, 4 tile racks and a tile bag. When I opened the box it had everything except the tile bag which makes it difficult to play honestly without seeing the tiles. The back of the box also has a typo, CRABBLE instead of SCRABBLE, but this is a minor. I can't find any website to complain seeing that I bought an incomplete product unknowingly.
