Disrespectful staff

The staff does not inform clients of the process if you have an appointment at 8:00 and they don’t update you about anything is if you ask them for updates they still don’t treat you accordingly don’t know the color of my skin was maybe a problem after every inconvenience they didn’t even apologize..... The Head of reception has got no respect or what so ever for clients instead of listening she argues and points that you made a mistake
