Not a happy customer

Not very impressed with this company.

Reasons: 1) Online quotation from company to ship Oculus Quest2 from SA to USA was just over R800. Received another quotation from same company, via e-mail ,and suddenly it was just over R1000. 2) Package handed to courier on 23 Feb ’21. On 1 March ’21 my own package was delivered to me without any communication from company. 3) After I contacted the company I was informed that the item contains a battery(that is built into the unit) and that the package will be returned to me. 4) On the companies website it clearly state : “ …Lithium batteries and power banks cannot be shipped, if the batteries are installed in a device we can move it no problem”. 5) When I queried this I was informed that the above policy do not apply to exports !!! It would have been nice to know this BEFORE I went through all the trouble. At least my refund was fast !

Will I ever use this company again : NO
