Carport Cape Town

I recently had a carport installed. It was a two day construction. Day one cancelled due to delay in stock ordered. Day two started at 9h30 and ended at 6h45. The next day in sunlight the discoveries were shocking. *****s missing the wood platform. Holes in zinc. Half painted wooden beams. No gutter filtering system from main roof to port. Top of roof incomplete with paint. No treatment on wood or roof structure. A hole was made in the gutter of the port using a sharp object to pierce a hole for drainage. Holes left open in the wall which were drilled in the wrong place. Wrong size brackets were used for wooded structure and bent open. After the mistakes were highlighted to the contractor, he became less responsive and on day two he stopped responding completing. Sadly the money was transferred that same night. Huge lesson learned.
