How long does it take to get an est. quote Scottfin??!!

I'm so disappointed with the serviced received. I called in on 28 November at 9am asking for an estimated quote. Till today your agents Hlengiwe and Lungile are givinge the run around. Are your systems that complicated that you have to wait more than 48 hours just for an est. quote?? This is beyond ridiculous!!
