Laziness of staff

Checkers Scottburgh, you need to do better with your staff. First incident, I went to the fridges aisle only to find a male merchandiser and female staff member holding a mop and bucket busy chatting away blocking the fridge, I waited for 2 mins then said excuse me to make my way to get the item I needed only for the female to give me a look like im disturbing their important conversation. I then go ask another staff for assistance in looking for a non perishable item and she directs me to the non perishable merchandiser. I enquire saying im looking for a particular item which the app says they have and he said it's an app only item, I was lost for words. I mean I am ordering from the exact same store from the app, so how can I not purchase the item from the store ?! Any case he asks me again for the description of the item, and goes to look again. Only for me to find him in a perishable aisle having a conversation with his colleague and when he sees me then he approaches me and says there is no stock. I said the app clearly shows me there is stock, so if I order this product and it gets delivered home, ill be back. And guess what, after leaving the store, I place the order and it gets delivered home. If this is the service myself or anybody else gets, It puts your brand image down. Checkers do better. This is really disturbing and annoying. I had to pay delivery fees for something I could have gotten in store but due to laziness I had to encounter extra chargers.
