Bad service

My friend and myself do fostering of kittens. Lynne Crawford went and bought Royal Canin kitty formula and when she got home discovered the container had been opened and there were only 3 sachets in it and not 4. She tried complaining but they got rude. Will never use that vet again. Not the first time
