Saw a bike I was interested in on their website, and send an online request for more info. Received a reply very quickly from Grant Scott that also included more photos of the bike. After another inquiry requesting some details, he even supp**** me the VIN so I could read up on the specific model. I went through to the shop to look at the bike, and was offered an extended test-drive, which helped greatly to make an informed decision. After deciding to buy the bike, the transaction was done there and then, and they even allowed me to make use of their office computer to log into my bank so as to do the payment. The next day, together with his dad Bobby Scott, they delivered the bike to my house in Kempton Park, at no extra cost. The only thing they couldn't do was the RWC and registration, due to the lockdown, but that is normally part of the deal.
