Scotch Brite Scourer

<p>Please be informed that this is now the second time whereby i am reporting a defect on your Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Kitchen Scourers. The scourer does not conform to quality standards. The two section i.e the rough and soft sponge surface are detaching only after a few usage. (washing dishes on 5 occasions). Your product use to me more robust and always conformed to the best quality standards. I have tried the NO-NAME Brand and find that it last much longer then the Scotch Brite. Please arrange to have these defective products uplifted and i would appreciate replacement stock.<br />Kindly Provide the corrective and preventive action that shall be taken.<br />I purchased the 3 + 1 free at the Pick N Pay Trade Route Mall during the month of January 2017. <br />Bar Code On Product: ********** 489580<br />Number printed on packaging 18-09-2018 12:46 ZST38/002 - this number is not legible on your packaging.</p>
