Your Credit Card Gateway is faulty!
I paid my Legal Insurance on the 22nd of Dec 2021 (over the Credit Card Gateway / Scorpion Website) The result: Error, Payment not done! But the payment went off my Credit Card. I contacted the hotline of Scorpion to sort this out. no response! In Jan 2022 I saw my legal account in arrears with R305, I thought maybe I did a mistake and paid again. Same Error: but the money came off my Account again! So I paid twice R305! I complaint 3 Times with Scorpion Hotline: nothing. My Account is still with R305 in areas. What do I have to do to sort this out???
