You guys are a bunch of USELESS INDIVIDUALS
I got ****med and I reported the case to you so that you can atleast try to assist me. Since I reported this to you, you have only called me once and never bothered to give me any feedback on what's happening.
I have been a member since 2008 and I have never ever claimed, never missed any payment andf now that I need your help you are sitting on your useless bums and are not helping. What's the use of me paying every month if I can't get the service I pay for?
