Worst service ever and ****** at their core

I have taken a policy with Scorpion for almost 10years now. Then I had a matter in 2023 where I borrowed a friend of mine money that is 100K and because this was a lot of money I asked Itumeleng for us to sign something down in case he doesn't pay me back. Then he did not pay me at the stipulated time we agreed. I took the matter to Scorpion and they tried to recover the money and to get hold of Itumeleng and all that. When they saw that they are struggling with this, then now they turn the matter and say this is business related so this is not covered under my policy. Although I explained it to them that I am not a loan shark and don't even go around borrowing people money but this was a friend I used to borrow money even before and he will also do the same when I am in the corner. This morning Anelisiwe Mdlalose called me to say they are closing the matter and I can pursue this on my own. After almost 2 years now they turn things and come with fine prints that are not applicable to me because this is a matter between two people but because they are failing to resolve it now they are coming with some stunts. Worst business ever, and have been paying my premiums all these years and now this.
