Worst longest service ever I have ran out of patience

Wow disappointment is an understatement,I have been a loyal client since 2017 with scorpion legal I have a pending case 932663 since the 09/04/2019 and ever since til today the 25/07/2022 my case has not been resolved it’s still pending and I do not even receive feedback I am sent from pillar to post when I contact them when u call the number on the card they say no call this person u call the person is not there is off will call u back is on lunch or knocked off and never call u back when u finally get ahold of the person from the reception they say no call the lawyers and same thing the lawyers are in court they on lunch they not in when u send an email.

Then they say we will get back to you and they never do I feel like this case is Long overdue it’s been 3 years and counting and no help infact I am losing money more and more calling them and time. I really thought having them as a legal cover would assist but infact it has cost me a leg and an arm imagine and I have been receiving the same feedback that’s when I do receive. I am quite flabbergasted it’s like you don’t pay for their services and still with non failure they do not deliver.

The other time I think last year they told me feedback is given every 3 months this year I have not received anything who do we hold accountable for such ?
