Worst company ever!

This is by far the worst legal company ever! I have been with this company for over 2 years and I pay my account every month. I needed their services only 2 or 3 times in the period and every time its a battle to get what is required. Always the same excuse about time frames. I logged a complaint on the 16th Aug 2022 and I received a call last Saturday they will forward the letter. I mean really - almost 3 weeks.

Now that I want to cancel my membership I got told that they last payment will be deducted at the end of Oct 2022 - for what? why must I keep on payment for useless service! I told the lady - if they dare to take money of my account at the end of Sept and end of Oct - I will sue this company for theft - I am done paying for services I dont get!
