Worse service ever debit from my payslip without my consent= *****

So I picked up that on my payslip scorpion has been debuting without my consent I have never joined or associated with any legal representative for membership. On Wednesday 2022.03.23 I called them a lady confirmed that yes I didn’t join to my surprise they even have a wrong surname under the reference that debits from my payslip she informed me they are cancelling it and a person within Scorpion will call, I same day send them email requesting them to remove everything and to refund me. Today is 2022.03.29 I had not received any call or email from them telling me of an update I then called a lady from admin picked up and I asked her why have I not received any feedback as I was told they I will be called within 24/48 hours She then hanged up my call that I had called them
