Why bother paying subscription...

I am really disappointed with the consultant that listened to my problem as said, please send me all the information and i will call you tomorrow, still waiting, still no acknowledgement of receiving documentation sent via email after two follow up requests. the legal information is pertinent to a dispute that I am trying to rectify. Request assistance via SMS, also no response.
