Why are you with Scorpion Legal????

I received a call from Scorpion Legal on 9/11/2015 in the morning. I was advised that a letter of demand was sent to me by post and I had not responded. I did explain that due to our postal service I did not receive the letter. She then informed me that shes contacting me on behalf of her client and would like to know how I want to proceed. I asked her how long do I have to decide how I will make payment. She then advised me that she will give me one week and then contact me regarding the settlement. Its now the 27/11/15. I had decided that I would be able to settle in that week. However I didnt receive the call back. The lady did mention that the matter will be \taken further"if we dont come to a resolution. I tried calling the number she called me from"
