Where is the lawyer I pay for???
I've been paying for this membership for over a year now and never used my membership. Today when I need legal advise, I was told there is no one available to assist me and they will call me back?? I also send an email to *** without any reply as yet??
What am I paying for every month?? If this is they way this "Legal Company" treats their clients - I surely dont want to be apart of this system!
Dont come with excuses ! I want what I pay for and was promised when I joined this company??
If I cannot rely on Scorpion Legal Protection, I want all my money paid back !

17 Nov 2020, 10:56I received a call from a member regarding this complaint - was told I will receive a call from a lawyer.
I received a call from the call center and I got advise from the consultant and when I asked him to follow an instruction given by me as a client - I need a lawyer to take care of this matter - I was told he doesn't understand what I need - after explaining over and over what I need - he still couldn't help me! Please can someone who knows what to do call or email me, so that I can explain and email what is needed from my lawyer!
