What Legal Protection?782

I have alledegdly being redflaged for ***** on my credit record. I approached scorpion legal services to intervene gand act on my behalf to get this matter resolved. This claim was submitted on 14 December 2022 of Wich the claim number was supp**** to the consultant/legal councel to claim their service without resolving or feedback from them. I have been contacting them on email/WhatsApp/Telephonically only to get the same feedback that the consultant/legal councel that they will escalate the matter and get the consultant to contact me. It has been a month now without any feedback. What am I paying for?
