Waste of money to pay Scorpion

I am a Scorpion member who joined on the 18th of May, paying premium cover.<br> <br> I opened a file for Labour related matters and received a call this week from this number ***, from L Xaba who informed me that Scorpion can't assist me because I joined the legal cover after the 22nd of June. Therefore my case should be attended by the CCMA and Labour Department. <br> <br> If this premium is all about referral and passing over my matters, I suggest Scorpion it's self needs suing than assisting me with legal action.
