very very bad service from Scorpion Legal Protection

Very disappointed with scorpion legal been a member for almost two years and never had any legal issues but now have an issue that requires they assistance I have made a claim and submitted all the documents they requested from but i dont get any feedback from them every single time i have to be the one calling i send mail on that case number email they requested the documents from but i never get any feedback and when i do call i get transferred from one to the other with no help one agent even hung up the call on me after 15min of waiting and its been weeks now trying to get any form of feedback regarding the matter
