Very Poor Service/ *********** Lawyers

These guys are a joke. I have been a member for 5 years. In November I got retrenched and the company ****** me in the package they had promised me. I reported this matter early December, now we are in July, nothing has been done. They keep sending me from pillar to post, no developments. They haven’t even reached out yo the employer, they keep telling me stories. I have provided them with all the evidence i have, still nothing. However they take their premiums on time each month for years now. If they can’t help with such a simple case, can they assist with real cases? I wonder
