VERY POOR SERVICE

Very poor service. Joined scorpion legal protection at your own risk. I just had a pay discrepancy on my working place. I went to scorpion offices in Bellville Cape Town just to get advice how to prepare my case for CCMA, just to get some advices from legal expects as i'm paying them each n every month without any problem.

When i get there i was referred to a lady that is still new, shame not knowing what exactly should do. She said they will call the company to hear both side of the story🤦 I mean for what is that as i had all the proof of meeting minutes including emails from HR trying to resolve this before i involv third party.

She then said she will make copies of all ducuments (emails n minutes of the meetings) then she will call me the next day as she is still new and she want to ask her boss how to resolve this case.

Only to get call from them after a week asking me to send documents again. I emmedently canceled my policy.
