very poor service

Today at 11 am this morning we had an appointment with a scorpion consultant Michelle.We were attended to at 11.30am after confirming our appointment for 11am with reception.When we arrived in Michelle's office we were not properly welcomed in a polite manner we didn't know if we could sit down or continue standing,so we sat and waited for her to finish on her pc before even welcoming us.she had absolutely no eye contact with us, she just continued typing on her pc as i was trying to explain the reason for our being at scorpion offices.she kept on interrupting me as i was trying to explain as if she could not wait for us to get done and leave.Her attitude towards us was rude and unprofessional.We were not optimistic and had no feeling of protection when we were assisted by her instead she made us feel as if we did something wrong.We wanted to show her proof but didn't get a chance as she seemed as if she was in a hurry we were only in her office for almost 15mins.We are very disappointed And losing faith in scorpion.
