Very poor and dissapointing service for what we pay for

I called the call centre at Scorpion requesting some legal advice and i had to hold for over an hour and was later told that they will call me back, i went to their whatsapp and online platforms to request a call back and i never got any call back and i am a paying client, this is really worrying cause i wonder of what would happen should i need a lawyer instantly.
