Very disappointed with scorpion legal protection

Very disappointed with scorpion legal protection, asked for a call back on the 12th of July but no one got back to me, on the 14th i did the same, still nothing, then i decided to call myself, I got cut off whilst i was still giving details about my problem, a few minutes later, i got an sms saying legal services claim registered, but how could that be cause i hadn't given full details about my problem, and no one still got back to me when i got cut off
