Very disappointed in Scorpion for employing people like Boitumelo Moeketsi who arrogant and disregard disrespect clients

I am disappointed by an individual at Scorpion Legal Protection wich we see on TV sets adverds every day. That individual Name Boitumelo Moeketsi. I believe my case would have been resolved long-ago if it was with someone who respect her job & clients. Not arrogant & full of him/herself. Can she be removed from my case . I registered my case in Dec she only called 30th Jan after a lot of calls I made
