Very bad service

my cousin owes me R15000 which o paid to him to install 3 aliminium windows and a sliding door and he never did that. So as a scorpio member i called them to talk to him to either pay me back or come finish the job he was supposed to do. Now they asking me to get 3 questions from suppliers to compare what the final work actually costs. All i wanted was for them to tell my cousin to either pay me or come finish the job. I’m very disappointed and im looking for another legal company as i believe they don’t preach what they say
